The Man Cave Book Nook
Two live cohorts every last Monday of the month. Noon PST or 4 PM PST. You pick the one that fits your life. We read, we dig in, we talk straight. No performance required.
"The greatest crisis facing men in this society is the crisis of domination — of being in the wrong relationship to power, to love, and to themselves."
A space to land. For men, including transmen and gender-expansive people, doing the work of coming home to themselves.
You've been the one who shows up. The one who holds it down. The one who pushes through. And somewhere along the way you stopped being able to find yourself in any of that.
Maybe you're in a shift right now. Relationship, identity, purpose, recovery. Maybe what the world calls manhood has never fit who you actually are. Maybe you know, deep down, that you were built for more than what you've been living.
Most men have never been in a room built specifically for them. Not a therapist's office. Not a surface-level men's group. Something real. Something that goes all the way in.
This is The Landing. Before we go any further, take 60 seconds and land in your body right now.
This is what The Landing does. It brings you back into your body. Try this right now. Four counts in. Four counts hold. Four counts out. Four counts hold. Three rounds.
4
Breathe in slowly through your nose
4
Hold gently at the top
4
Release slowly through your mouth
That feeling right there. That's the work. That's what we do every month inside The Landing.
You are not broken. You've just never had a space built specifically for your landing.
The Landing is not a course or a workshop. It's a community with structure, built for men who are serious about doing the work, at their own pace, inside a held space.

Every first Monday of the month. Direct Compassionate Communication is myisha's original framework for honest, grounded dialogue. Built for men who are done with shutdown and done with explosion and ready for something that actually works.
Ongoing access to a growing collection of liberation classes inside the community. Go deeper between live sessions. Build the intellectual and somatic foundation that holds everything else together.
Drops June 14. Beta members get it first and help shape it. Somatic prompts, liberation frameworks, DCC practices, and body literacy tools written specifically to hold men, transmen, and gender-expansive people.
A private Skool group where the work continues between sessions. Moderated, intentional, held by community agreements rooted in liberation. A real room, not a comment section.
Landing members get discounted access to bonus courses and workshops as they drop. The deeper you go, the more you have access to. Your membership opens the door.
"I didn't know how much I needed a room where nobody needed me to be anything. I could just be. And then actually figure out who that was."
"DCC changed how I talk to my partner, my kids, myself. I walked in thinking this was soft. It was the hardest and most important work I've done."
"As a transman, I've never been in a liberation space that assumed I belonged from day one. The Landing built me in from the start. That meant everything."
Testimonials will be added as the May cohort completes. These reflect the experiences we are building toward.
The Landing workbook drops June 14. The beta opens in May. A small group, live sessions, early access. A lower investment in exchange for your presence and your honest feedback.

"my body is my first home. joy is where I'm going."
Co-facilitator · Liberation and healing practitioner
Mario Ruiz is a liberation and healing practitioner who brings depth, presence, and lived experience to the work of men's transformation. He co-facilitates The Landing with grounded care, holding space for the full range of who men are and who they are becoming.
Melech is training to become a facilitator with a focus on liberation work for teens. As myisha's son, he is both family and part of the work, bringing a next-generation presence to The Landing and a commitment to building this practice from the inside out.
Yes. Fully and without qualification. The Landing was built to hold men, transmen, and gender-expansive people from the beginning. Not added on. Built in. The language, the frameworks, and the community agreements all reflect that.
Direct Compassionate Communication is myisha's original framework for honest dialogue that doesn't require you to shrink or explode. For men, it's a third option: grounded, real communication that lets you stay in the room, say what's true, and not blow everything up in the process.
Each session opens with a somatic breathwork practice, usually box breathing or a grounding sequence, to help you arrive in your body before the intellectual and emotional work begins. Men often find this is the piece they didn't know they needed. It is accessible to all levels and no prior experience is required.
Two live sessions per month, each approximately 90 minutes. One DCC session the first Monday. One Man Cave Book Nook session the last Monday. Plus access to the Skool community and the Liberation Library on your own time. All sessions are recorded if you miss one.
The Landing is liberation education, not therapy. We are not diagnosing or treating. We are practicing. Think of it as a room where somatic tools, breathwork, DCC, and liberation frameworks are all available, held by a skilled facilitator, inside a real community of men doing the same work. Therapy and The Landing can run alongside each other.
Because this investment is intentional. Men have historically been undercharged, or not charged at all, for emotional and liberation work. That pricing sends a message that the work is optional. This pricing says it is essential.
The Landing runs a Give What You Have framework. If the price is a barrier, reach out at support@myishat.com. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
The beta opens in May. The workbook drops June 14. The community is forming now. There is a seat here for you.
